NOP Search was launched in 2001 by two brothers who, having worked on both sides of the recruitment consultant/recruiting client divide for many years, recognised the restrictions imposed by traditional methods and decided that there had to be a better way to service their clients.

Our business has come a long way since those modest beginnings and we now recruit for household names, public sector organisations, the civil service, not-for-profit organisations and SMEs in London, across the UK and worldwide.

Since the very beginning we have recognised the importance of a clear and simple client-orientated fee structure. Unlike others in our industry, we calculate our fees ONLY on the basic salary that you are offering your new recruit. We do not get involved with bonuses or package details; we believe that this is between employer and employee, and, as they are often negotiated during the recruitment process, it could lead to unnecessary complications. Speed and simplicity are our two keenest goals, and our straightforward fees continue to be popular with our clients.

Our fee structure simplifies the often complex charging methods that are prevalent in the recruitment sector today. Our fees are as easy to calculate as our “Plain English” terms of business are transparent and simple to follow – a combination that for many years has been popular with our clients.

The basic salary of the role you are recruiting for is the ONLY factor we consider when calculating our fees. We do not include bonuses or benefits, and there are no additions, hidden charges or up-front costs. We believe that our clients should be free to focus on attracting top talent through package negotiation where necessary, rather than having to keep an eye on the recruitment budget as they do so.

Simple but effective – and, of course, our fees are only payable on the successful completion of your recruitment campaign.
